Bulk and detailed earthworks are available for construction developments that require earthmoving to form foundations for buildings, landscaping, and general re-shaping of land. This can include providing precision cuts for residential and commercial forms including footings and foundations.

Mulching and slashing
Accura Earthmoving’s mulching and slashing services work to preserve moisture and improve the condition of soil whilst clearing and preparing land for new and restored developments.
Mulch is organic in nature and comprised of bark, wood chips, leaves and fresh-cut forage. It is sourced for purpose or derived from green waste. The organic matter is cut and placed on the ground, covering it to enrich the soil and provide conservation of the quality.
Slashing is used to cut down overgrown fields paddocks, and thick grass. Accura’s slashing services are available across Northern NSW including Lismore Shire and Byron Bay.
We work with arborists when required to remove larger trees as part of the site clearing and development process. Accura Earthmoving is equipped with mulching and slashing machinery to attend to both large-scale and intricate work. The advantage of enlisting an excavator slasher is being able to get into challenging areas where the terrain limits and is unsafe for standard slashers and tractors.
Rock clearing and rock walls
Accura Earthmoving’s rock clearing services range from de-rocking sites to removing large boulders. Rocks can be stockpiled and removed or utilised in other areas of the project such as building rock walls to reenforce land or to secure dam walls. Rocks that are removed can be taken off-site as waste or repurposed as a retaining wall or rock steps. Rock steps can be functional while also enhancing the look of a development.
Rock walls or retaining walls are also known as rock armour because they hold land in place and can protect the integrity of a site. Laying “courses” of rock layers can create structural soundness. Accura Earthmoving works with rocks when doing ecology restoration, and this can include positioning plants to grow where they can sustain soil settings alongside the rocks.
